Nordplus Higher Education

Nordplus Higher Education is the Nordic Council of Ministers’ programme for supporting cooperation between higher education institutions in the Nordic and Baltic countries and for the establishment of networks for the exchange and dissemination of experiences, best practices and innovative results.

Programme objectives

The aim of Nordplus Higher Education is to contribute to cooperation between higher education institutions in the participating countries and to the establishment of networks for the exchange and dissemination of experiences, best practices and innovative results. The programme shall also contribute to cooperation between higher education institutions and other institutions or organisations working in the area of higher education.

Who may apply?

Higher education institutions, including students, teachers and other staff, are eligible to apply. But organisations or institutions from the public and private sectors and from the so-called third sector (NGOs) that are involved with, work in or have vested interests in the area of higher education may also apply.

How to apply?

To apply for support through Nordplus you need to use the online application system ARS, which can be found on Nordplus’ own website.

Students and teachers need to contact their own institutions about the possibility of mobility support through Nordplus.
