The EU’s Lifelong Learning Programme is designed to promote mobility, international understanding and cooperation in education. The programme is divided into four sub-programmes according to the relevant target groups.

Erasmus Intensive Language Courses in Norway

Erasmus Intensive Language Courses (EILC) are courses in the less widely used and less taught languages in Europe, e.g. Norwegian. Erasmus students visiting Norway for studies and placements have the opportunity to apply in order to be prepared for the study period in Norway.

Norway offers EILCs during summer 2012 at the following institutions:

Norway does not offer EILCs during winter term.

The application has to be submitted to your home institution, which sets its own internal application deadline. 1 June 2012 is the deadline for your home institution to send the application with confirmation by e-mail to the EILC organising institution.

The application form is available from the European Commission's website.
