NUCOOP
The NUCOOP Programme (Norwegian University Cooperation Programme for Capacity Development in Sudan) is a cooperation programme between higher education institutions in Sudan and Norway. The programme supports cooperation projects focusing on capacity building, research and infrastructure.
Programme objectives
The NUCOOP Programme aims to contribute to the development of sustainable capacity of higher education institutions in Sudan/South Sudan and to provide the workforce with adequate qualifications.
Who may apply?
The NUFU Programme Board has allocated all available funds in the NUCOOP Programme for the period 2007-2012. The participating main partner institutions are higher education institutions (accredited universities and university colleges) in South Sudan and Norway. Institutions from several other countries, including Sudan, participate as network partners.
