The tragedy in Oslo and at Utøya
The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Higher Education would like to express our deepest sympathy with all affected by the terrible tragedy in Oslo and at Utøya on 22 July 2011.
Håvard Vederhus (21) from Oslo was among those who lost their lives at Utøya. He was appointed by the National Union of Students in Norway (NSO) as representative to the Interim Board for the NUFU and NOMA Programmes for the period 1 July 2010 to 31 December 2011. Håvard Vederhus will be deeply missed.
