Through various promotional activities, SIU aims to enhance the attractiveness of Norway as a place of study and research.
We aim to contribute to the good international reputation of Norwegian education and to assist the higher education sector in their promotional initiatives.
The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the general promotion of Norway and its national branding. SIU is responsible for promoting Norway as a study and research destination, while the higher education institutions are responsible for promoting their own educational offerings.
